Google Ads management that is judged by sales and leads

Most businesses that come to me are already spending on Google Ads. The problem is rarely the budget. It is that nobody can say which clicks turned into leads or sales, which leads turned into paying customers, and which keywords are quietly eating the money. My Google Ads management starts by fixing that, then builds everything else on top of real lead data.

I manage accounts for agencies and business owners, including ecommerce stores, lead generation businesses, home service companies and healthcare practices, mostly in the US, with clients in the UK, Canada and Australia too. You work with me directly, from the first audit to the monthly report.

What is included

Account audit and tracking fix. Before changing campaigns, I check that calls, forms and bookings are tracked correctly in Google Ads and GA4.
Campaign structure by service and location. Separate campaigns for your highest value jobs, so a water heater install never shares a budget with a dripping tap.
Keyword research and match types. Built around how your customers actually search, including urgent and near me searches.
Negative keywords and search term reviews. Weekly cleanup of DIY, job seeker, and wrong service searches.
Ad copy and assets. Call assets, location assets, sitelinks and ads written around your offer, reviews, products and the markets you serve.
Bidding and budget management. Moving spend toward the campaigns, hours and areas that produce the cheapest qualified leads.
Landing page review. A conversion check of the page each campaign sends traffic to, with specific fixes.
Monthly reporting. Leads, cost per lead and spend by campaign, in plain language, plus what I am changing next month.

How the first 90 days work

Week 1: Audit, tracking fixes and a written plan covering locations, keywords, budget split and the landing page.

Weeks 2 to 4: Build or rebuild the campaigns, launch, and check them daily during the first week while Google learns.

Months 2 and 3: Search term cleanup, bid and budget changes, ad testing and landing page improvements. This is where cost per lead usually drops.

Results from accounts I manage

Across nine accounts with before and after data, cost per lead dropped by an average of 47 percent after I took over. A Florida restoration network went from $280 to $100 per lead, a Staten Island pest control company from $80 to $45, and a Long Island roofer from $280 to $140. You can see every case on the results section of the home page.

Who this is for

Google Ads management is a good fit if you are an agency or business owner who wants more sales and leads, already has a working website, and can answer leads quickly. If you are not running ads yet, I start with account setup instead. If you only want a second opinion, a Google Ads audit is the better place to start.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Management is quoted after the free audit, based on the number of campaigns, locations and services. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, separate from my fee.

Do I keep ownership of my Google Ads account?

Yes. The account, data and campaigns always stay in your name. I work through manager access that you can remove at any time.

How long until I see results?

Calls usually start in the first couple of weeks after launch. Cost per lead typically keeps improving over the first two to three months as the search terms and bids are refined.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. I manage client accounts for agencies, including white label Google Ads where the reporting carries your brand.
